Transfer of Accumulative Sick Leave a. Any employee new to the District having previous experience outside the District but within the state, shall have transferred with him/her the accumulated sick leave earned in the previous district of employment. Forms shall be provided by the District to the employee for the purposes of requesting the transfer of his/her accumulated sick leave from his/her previous employer. It is the responsibility of the employee to complete and return the form to the Human Resources Department.

  • Cumulative Sick Leave Plan Each employee shall accumulate sick leave with pay entitlement at the rate of one-half work day for each full bi-weekly pay period on paid status up to a maximum accumulation of 155 days of unused sick leave with pay entitlement.
