Transfer Documents. Seller shall execute and deliver to Purchaser such bills of sale and other instruments of sale, transfer, conveyance, assignment and delivery covering the Acquisition Assets or any part thereof, executed by Seller or other appropriate parties, as Purchaser may reasonably require to secure the full and effective sale, transfer, conveyance, assignment and delivery to Purchaser of the Acquisition Assets, including, but not limited to, the following:
