Common use of Transfer/Assignment Clause in Contracts

Transfer/Assignment. Subscriber may transfer Solar Credits from Subscriber’s Allocated Capacity to another eligible Service Address, or may assign his or her rights under this Agreement to another Cooperative member, provided that: (a) such assignee is a member in good standing taking electric service from the Cooperative under the single-phase rate classification; and (b) such assignment does not result in the assignee owning more than 20 KW of distributed generation, including Subscription Units under this or another agreement with the Cooperative. Subscriber shall notify the Cooperative of such proposed change or assignment in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed effective date of such change or assignment. Such notice must include:
