Common use of Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities Clause in Contracts

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depository, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar a written order given in accordance with the Depository’s procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instruct the Depository to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depository, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar a written order given in accordance with the Depository’s 's procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instruct the Depository to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the DepositoryDepositary, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository Depositary therefor. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instructions, instruct the Depository Depositary to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar a written order given in accordance with the Depository’s Depositary's procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository Depositary to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instruct the Depository Depositary to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (ia) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the DepositoryDepositary, in accordance with this Seventh Supplemental Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository Depositary therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar Security registrar a written order given in accordance with the DepositoryDepositary’s procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository Depositary to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar Security registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instructions, instruct the Depository Depositary to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred. Each Holder of a Security agrees to indemnify the Company and the Trustee against any liability that may result from the transfer, exchange or assignment of such Holder’s Security in violation of any provision of the Original Indenture and/or applicable United States federal or state securities law.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer ------------------------------------------ and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depository, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar a written order given in accordance with the Depository’s Depositary's procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository Depositary to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instruct the Depository Depositary to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depository, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar Depository a written order given in accordance with the Depository’s 's procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar Depository shall, in accordance with such instructions instruct the Depository to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer of the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depository, Depositary in accordance with this the Senior Notes Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository DTC therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar a written order order, given in accordance with the DepositoryDTC’s procedures procedures, containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository DTC to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instructions, instruct the Depository Depositary to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer of the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depository, in accordance with this Indenture Appendix (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar a written order given in accordance with the DepositoryDepositary’s procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository Depositary to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instruct the Depository to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i1) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests interest therein shall be effected through the Depository, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Security Registrar a written order given in accordance with the Depository’s 's procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Security Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instructions, instruct the Depository to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depository, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to 92 5 the Registrar a written order given in accordance with the Depository’s Depositary's procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository Depositary to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instruct the Depository Depositary to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depository, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Notes Registrar a written order given in accordance with the Depository’s procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depository to be credited with a beneficial interest in the Global Security. The Notes Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions instructions, instruct the Depository to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the DepositoryDepositary, in accordance with this the Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depository Depositary therefor.
