Transaction Processing. 9.1 Customer transactions will be processed in accordance with the EBT Standards. These transactions include, but are not limited to, account administration, reporting of Customer usage and billing, and reporting of Customer payments and adjustments. Any changes in these standard transactions will be in accordance with the EBT Standards. Costs will be borne by the parties in accordance with Chapter 322.
