Common use of Transaction Limitation Clause in Contracts

Transaction Limitation. We reserve the right to, at any time, require not less than seven days notice in writing before each withdrawal from any dividend bearing account other than a time deposit, or from any other savings account as defined by Regulation D. We also reserve the right to, at any time, require at least 48 hours notice for cash withdrawals in excess of $5,000.00.
