Common use of Transaction Information Clause in Contracts

Transaction Information. None of the Servicer, any Affiliate of the Servicer or any third party with which the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof has contracted, has delivered, in writing or orally, to any Rating Agency, or monitoring a rating of, any Notes, any Transaction Information without providing such Transaction Information to the applicable Group Agent prior to delivery to such Rating Agency and has not participated in any oral communications with respect to Transaction Information with any Rating Agency without the participation of such Group Agent.

Transaction Information. None of the Servicer, any Affiliate of the Servicer or any third party with which contracted by the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof has contractedthereof, has deliveredshall deliver, in writing or orally, to any Rating Agency, or monitoring a rating of, any Notes, any Transaction Information without providing such Transaction Information to the applicable Group Agent prior to delivery to such Rating Agency Agency, and has will not participated participate in any oral communications with respect to Transaction Information with any Rating Agency without the participation of such Group Agent.
