Common use of Transaction Costs Clause in Contracts

Transaction Costs. Borrower shall have paid or reimbursed Lender for all UCC Title Insurance Policy premiums, all Owner’s Title Policy premiums, costs of obtaining recording and filing fees, costs of environmental reports, Physical Conditions Reports, appraisals and other reports, the reasonable fees and costs of Lender’s counsel and all other third party out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the origination of the Loan to the extent such costs and expenses relating to third party costs have not already been paid or reimbursed by Mortgage Borrower to Mortgage Lender.

Transaction Costs. Borrower shall have paid or reimbursed Lender for all UCC Title Insurance Policy title insurance premiums, all Owner’s Title Policy premiums, costs of obtaining recording and filing fees, costs of environmental reports, Physical Conditions Reports, appraisals and other reports, the reasonable fees and costs of Lender’s counsel and all other third party out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the origination and closing of the Loan to the extent such costs and expenses relating to third party costs have not already been paid or reimbursed by Mortgage Borrower to Mortgage Lender.
