Common use of Training Time Clause in Contracts

Training Time. ‌ Employees scheduled to attend training classes of at least eight (8) hours shall be credited with working their entire shift. Should the training exceed eight (8) hours, no overtime will be awarded for training time. This applies to shifts of eight (8) hours or more; a day of training is equal to a day of regular work.
