Training Purposes. Changes to a System Controller’s schedule for training purposes may be implemented with four (4) weeks written notice to the affected System Controller(s). The parties recognize the importance of maintaining an employee’s scheduled days off and as such all reasonable efforts will be made to avoid any disruptions of this time off. If a System Controller is requested to attend training on a scheduled day off, with less than four (4) weeks notice, the Controller will make all reasonable efforts to attend the training and will be paid at the straight time rate for the hours worked. These changes shall only affect System Controller(s) that are being trained.
