Training Priorities. The Company will prioritise training in consultation with the workforce, and shall take into account each employee’s progress towards achieving improvements in key performance indicators. Such training skills shall include but not be limited to:

Training Priorities. When training is undertaken, or planned to be undertaken by an employee at the Mackay Sugar Alliance, it shall prioritised in the following order:
Training Priorities. To the extent possible, the Fire Department training program will meet or exceed the requirements as outlined in appropriate laws, rules and regulations. Normally, training will be prioritized as follows: Priority I: Training that must be completed during the fiscal year to prevent an adverse effect on the mission. This includes training required by law, higher authorities and any class needed to perform at the next level position. Priority II: Training which enhances the performance of the employee's position or functions of operational duties. This may include specialized training that requires additional education.   • Safety Precautions Resident acknowledges that neither Owner nor any of its agents, employees or representatives has made any representations or warranties, either written or oral, concerning the safety of the Property, the bedroom space or any apartment, or the effectiveness or operability of any security devices or safety, health or security measures at the Property, the bedroom space or any apartment.   • Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”).
