Training Premium. Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.
Training Premium. A certified (by the Employer) employee required by the Employer to act as a trainer will receive a premium of eighty-five cents (85¢) in addition to his/her hourly rate of pay for all hours assigned to training of other employee(s). An employee who is not certified (by the Employer) will not be required by the Employer to train any other employees.
Training Premium. In classroom training situations, where an employee who does not have responsibility for conducting training as part of his defined job duties is assigned to conduct such training, he shall be paid a premium of five percent (5%) of his normal hourly rate for all time spent in instruction.
Training Premium. An employee who is assigned by the Company to train another employee will receive a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for each hour the employee trains the other employee. This clause applies only to employees who are approved trainers and does not apply to certified journeypersons or leadhands.
Training Premium. A premium of 1 1/2 hours pay per shift for over four (4) hours shall be paid to each employee who is assigned to provide one on one training and instruction to a probationary employee who has less than 960 hours of work experience in Central Dispatch. Employee’s who are not directly appointed to a specific training assignment or who only provide incidental direction and assistance are not eligible for this payment.
Training Premium. Employees who are scheduled to train new employees will receive a premium of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for all designated training shifts as determined by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Training Premium. Any employee required to provide training to another employee due to an employee either transferring through the job posting/bumping procedure or transfers due to a reduction of service within their own classification, shall be paid one dollar ($1.00) per hour over and above their normal hourly wage while providing such training.
Training Premium. 40.01 The Employer agrees to provide a one-dollar ($1.00) per hour training premium over and above his hourly rate, to an operator that is training an employee during his trial period.
Training Premium. If the employer formally assigns an employee the responsibility of training one or more other employees, the employer will pay each such employee a premium of sixty cents ($0.60) per hour while training.
Training Premium. The Employer and the Union agree to review the subject of a training premium and/or the definition of training by July 1, 2017 at a bargaining sub-committee.
