Training Locations. All such training shall be provided at Pathnet's Richardson, Texas office, Washington D.C. metropolitan area headquarters or at such other location as determined by Pathnet in its sole discretion.
Training Locations. Each Party may provide the training sessions by their technical support or education organizations and may locate the training events in the facilities where such training is generally provided unless otherwise agreed to between the Parties in advance.

If it is mutually agreed to provide training at a location other than OmniCell's headquarters, OmniCell will be responsible for shipping expenses required to conduct such training. Dade Behring will bear the expense of shipment of such equipment between Dade's own training facilities. Dade Behring shall bear responsibility for all of OmniCell's equipment stored at a Dade Behring facility.
Training Locations. Although Resident may rotate to other facilities during the Program, the primary site for Resident’s clinical training in the Program will be the CM Xxxxx Xxxx Campus (“Xxxxx Xxxx”) in Kansas City, Missouri. The Xxxxx Xxxx Campus, Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas (“CMHK”), and all other facilities to which Resident rotates during the Program are referred to herein collectively as “Clinical Training Sites” and each individually as a “Clinical Training Site”.
