Training Flights. Client shall make available at its expense a reasonable amount of Aircraft time to accomplish pilot training, proficiency checks and line checks as required by the FAR’s; provided, however, that simulators shall be used to the extent practicable. In addition to required FAA pilot checkrides, CSC supervisory personnel will observe line operation of Flight Support Personnel to confirm crew performance and adherence to company procedures. Client will provide reasonable access to the Aircraft, subject to Client’s prior permission, for CSC supervisory personnel to conduct this observation. CSC will maintain a current training record for Flight Support Personnel documenting satisfactory completion of FAA and CSC training and currency requirements.

Training Flights. Clients shall make available at their expense a reasonable amount of Aircraft time to accomplish Pilot including Primary Staff, as applicable training, proficiency checks and line checks as required by Clients’ operations and other manuals and the FAR’s; provided, however, that simulators shall be used to the extent practicable. In addition to required FAA pilot checkrides, Support Services Personnel will observe line operation of Flight Support Personnel to confirm crew performance and adherence to MSG’s company procedures and the requirements of the operations and other manuals. Client will provide reasonable access to the Aircraft, subject to Client’s prior permission, for Support Services Personnel to conduct this observation. MSG will maintain a current training record for Flight Support Personnel documenting satisfactory completion of FAA and MSG training and currency requirements.
Training Flights. If the Aircraft will be used promptly after its delivery for Boeing flight crew training at or near Seattle, Washington, Boeing will reimburse Buyer for any Correction Costs, and for any charges by Boeing to Buyer for labor (Boeing Labor Charges) required to correct any flight discrepancy which may be detected by Buyer during such flight crew training to the extent such Correction Costs and such Boeing Labor Charges are not covered under a warranty provided by Boeing or by any of its suppliers. Within 90 days after the completion of such flight crew training, Buyer will submit to Boeing's Director, Product Assurance Contracts, at Renton, Washington, a written itemized statement describing any such flight discrepancy and indicating the Correction Costs and Boeing Labor Charges incurred by Buyer for the correction of such flight discrepancy.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Training and Support Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
