TRAINING BY ESCO. The ESCO shall develop and conduct a training program, described in Schedule M (ESCO’s Training Responsibilities) hereto, as necessary to provide School District maintenance staff and service providers with the ability to comply with the terms of this Contract by maintaining system efficiencies during the Guarantee Period. This training program shall adequately prepare the School District for the management of all ongoing services associated with the project, including: (a) managing the ongoing service of all Selected ECMs; (b) utilizing the ESCO's measurement and verification reports to maintain system efficiencies; (c) transitioning of School District staff or service providers; and (d) communicating any Material Changes to ESCO. The ESCO must complete the training program specified in Exhibit M prior to acceptance of the Selected ECMs by the School District; however, such acceptance shall not be unreasonably delayed by the School District. The ESCO shall provide ongoing training whenever needed with respect to updated or altered Selected ECMs, including training for upgraded software. Such training shall be provided at no additional charge to the School District. The ESCO shall also provide additional future training for School District staff or service providers to account for employee transition and renegotiations of service provider agreements during the Guarantee Period.

The training specified in Schedule M (ESCO’s Training Responsibilities) must be completed prior to acceptance of the Equipment installation. The ESCO shall provide ongoing training whenever needed with respect to updated or altered Equipment, including upgraded software. Such training shall be provided at no charge to the Customer.
TRAINING BY ESCO. The ESCO shall conduct the training program related operation of the equipment described in Exhibit A. The training related to the scope specified in Exhibit A must be completed prior to acceptance of the Equipment installation; such acceptance shall not be unreasonably delayed by the Agency. The ESCO shall provide ongoing training whenever needed with respect to updated or altered Equipment, including upgraded software for 24 months after installation is completed. Such training shall be provided at no additional charge to the Agency.

The ESCO must complete the training program specified in Exhibit M prior to acceptance of the Selected ECMs by the PEA; however, such acceptance shall not be unreasonably delayed by the PEA. The ESCO shall provide ongoing training upon request by the PEA or City with respect to updated or altered Selected ECMs, including training for upgraded software, such training to be provided at an additional charge to the PEA. The ESCO shall also provide additional future training for City or PMA staff or service providers to account for employee transition and renegotiations of service provider agreements during the Guarantee Period, such training to be provided at an additional charge to the PEA.
TRAINING BY ESCO. Article 12: In many performance contracts the training of facility personnel is often conducted prior to acceptance by the Institution of the completed installation. There are occasions, however, where it may be necessary to conduct training after project acceptance, which can be noted and included in the appropriate schedule. If there are charges for unscheduled training, such charges should be noted in this section. The ESCO shall conduct the training program described in Schedule V (ESCO's Training Responsibilities) hereto. The training specified in Schedule V (ESCO’s Training Responsibilities) must be completed prior to acceptance of the Equipment installation.   • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.

  • Time Worked For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.

  • Paid Time to Working Time Full-time employees absent on approved leave, paid by the Hospital or by the Workers' Compensation Board, shall for the purposes of computing overtime pay during the work schedule in which the absence occurred, be considered as having worked their regularly scheduled hours during such leave of absence. No pyramiding shall result from the application of this provision. The foregoing shall also apply in cases of short term leaves of absence for Union business approved by the Hospital under the applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement where payment is made to the employee by the Union.

  • Assistance by COUNTY STAFF 1.3.1. COUNTY shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with A-E in connection with the work of this CONTRACT. Said staff member's duties will consist of the giving of advice and consultations, assisting A-E in negotiations with other public agencies and private parties, miscellaneous items which in the judgment of A-E or COUNTY's staff warrant attention, and all other duties as may be described in Attachment A.

  • EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND 22.01 i) The Employer shall contribute to the Union the sum of Five cents ($.05) per hour per full- time employee for each hour worked for education and training of Union members.

  • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.

  • PROMOTIONS AND VACANCIES 3.1 The Employer will determine when a position will be filled, the type of appointment to be used when filling the position, and the skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the specific position within a job classification that is being filled. Only those candidates who have the position-specific skills and abilities required to perform the duties of the vacant position will be referred for further consideration by the employing agency.
