TRAINING, ASSISTANCE AND ANNUAL CONVENTION. 8.1. Initial Training. Franchisor will provide “Initial Training” to Franchisee for no additional charge. Initial Training will consist of a primary training program of no fewer than five (5) days, which will take place at an Iron Tribe Fitness Gym designated by Franchisor in the continental United States; and a secondary and opening assistance program of one to two days, which will take place at the Location. If Franchisee is an individual, then the participants in Initial Training will be: (i) if Franchisee is the Operations Manager, Franchisee and one (1) other employee of Franchisee’s choosing; or (ii) if Franchisee is not the Operations Manager, Franchisee, the Operations Manager, and one (1) other employee of Franchisee’s choosing. If Franchisee is an entity, then the participants in Initial Training will be the Operations Manager, an Owner, and between two and four other employees of Franchisee’s choosing. Franchisee will ensure that any individual whom Franchisee intends to provide services to Athletes upon Franchisee’s opening for business participates in Initial Training. The individuals participating in Initial Training will complete all components of Initial Training to Franchisor’s reasonable satisfaction prior to Franchisee’s opening for business. Franchisee will pay for all travel, accommodations, wages, and other costs for its representatives attending or participating in Initial Training.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. Evaluations for Probationary and Ineffective Teachers:

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Rental Assistance (Subsidy) Rental assistance will be provided to Eligible Households who pay 30% of their monthly net income, including Florida unemployment benefits, towards their monthly rent and have experienced a loss of job or income due to COVID-19.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Rental Assistance Payments and Overpayment The right of the Owner to receive payments under this Contract shall be subject to compliance with this Contract’s provisions. The Owner agrees that, absent written notice to the Program Administrator and return of the Rental Assistance Payment, acceptance of the Rental Assistance Payment shall be conclusive evidence that the Owner received the full amount due. Throughout the term of this Contract, Owner agrees to waive any late fees associated with the Rental Assistance Payment, provided that such payment is issued by the Program Administrator by the agreed upon date. Owner/Representative Initials: If the Program Administrator determines that the Owner was not entitled to any payments received, in addition to other remedies, the Program Administrator may require Owner to refund any overpayment to the Program Administrator.
