Training and Support Programs. Itau may register for standard training ----------------------------- programs that AOLB offers regarding design, development and management of Itau Online Areas, including, without limitation, training programs regarding AOLB's chat management and publishing tools programs. Itau shall be responsible for paying travel and lodging costs associated with its participation in any AOLB training programs.
Training and Support Programs. A. Training Training programs are available to employees through the Human Resources Department. Training programs are developed to increase employee skills and effectiveness to meet on- the-job requirements. The Human Resources Department’s staff is available to provide assistance in identifying training needs and coordinating and conducting training programs.
Training and Support Programs. Adequate training and, payment for same, as mutually agreed by Supplier and Distributor (Exhibit C). Distributor may directly resell Supplier Training & Professional Services (Exhibit A) and/or may choose to become an authorized provider of Supplier’s Training and Support Programs after the Effective Date.
