Training and Skills Development. With a view to enhancing the skills found throughout the enterprise and also the employees’ vocational, general and personal development, it is recommended that the enterprise and the employees work systematically on both formal training and skills development at the workplace, not only through daily work, access courses and new methods of organising work, but also through continuing vocational training activities. Both the enterprise and the employee are encouraged to take joint responsibility for promoting skills development with a view to matching the enterprise’s skills requirements and the employee’s potential for meeting current and future job requirements.
