Training and Materials Sample Clauses
The "Training and Materials" clause outlines the obligations of one party to provide instructional resources and training to the other party, typically in relation to a product, service, or process covered by the agreement. This may include supplying user manuals, conducting training sessions, or offering access to online tutorials to ensure proper understanding and use. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the receiving party is adequately equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively utilize what is being provided, thereby reducing the risk of misuse or inefficiency.
Training and Materials. The Board shall set aside a sum of money to provide staff development for all teachers who have inclusion students. Such staff would be encouraged to attend at his/her option, prior to or within ten days of receiving the student, a summer salary credit workshop or a two full day in-service with released time. They would also be provided up to four days of release time for planning. The Board would also set aside $250 per inclusion student for the purchase of relevant materials, as determined by the staff member in consultation with the case manager and/or diagnostic team.
Training and Materials.
(a) Providers enrolled with the OHA to ▇▇▇▇ for services using MMIS have access to training and technical support to ensure that Providers can perform the following: request prior authorization, submit claims, adjust claims and reading remittance advice for payments received.
(b) Providers of Adult ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Care services will have the same access to training and information as all OHA enrolled service Providers using MMIS.
Training and Materials a. Member companies shall provide adequate training to enable independent salespeople to operate ethically.
b. Member companies shall prohibit their independent salespeople from marketing or requiring the purchase by others of any materials that are inconsistent with the member company’s policies and procedures. Further, member companies shall prohibit independent salespeople from marketing any materials that are not approved by the member company and that are inconsistent with member company policies and procedures.
c. Independent salespeople selling member company-approved sales aids, promotional or training materials, whether in hard copy or electronic form, shall:
1. Use only materials that comply with the same standards used by the member company,
2. Not make the purchase of such materials a requirement of other independent salespeople,
3. Provide such materials at not more than the price at which similar material is available generally in the marketplace, without significant profit to the independent salesperson, and
4. Offer a written return policy that is the same as the return policy of the member company the independent salesperson represents.
d. Member companies shall take diligent, reasonable steps to ensure that promotional or training materials produced by their independent salespeople comply with the provisions of this Code and are not false, misleading or deceptive.
e. Compensation received by Direct Sellers for sales of training and promotional materials to become or stay a Direct Seller which is, in effect, remuneration for recruiting Direct Sellers into a sales system, shall be prohibited.
Training and Materials.
(a) Providers enrolled with the OHA to bill for services using MMIS have access to training and technical support to ensure that Providers can perform the following: request prior authorization, submit claims, adjust claims and reading remittance advice for payments received. OHA shall notify Providers of date, time and locations for training, in accordance with Article 6.2.
(b) Providers of Adult ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Care services will have the same access to training and information as all OHA enrolled service Providers using MMIS.
(c) Providers of ODDS Adult ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Care services will have access to training materials (written and video) and information using eXPRS.
Training and Materials. (1) Paradigm will provide training to Client’s program coordinator(s) and healthcare providers as part of the initial contract implementation and at least annually thereafter. Training will include the following subject areas: DHCS audit requirements for Client’s LEA billing program; all necessary information and procedures for submitting Client billing data to Paradigm; and “best practices” to implement and maintain an optimized, audit-ready program.
(2) Paradigm will provide Client personnel with all necessary training materials including a proprietary “Coordinator’s Handbook” containing a detailed review of the rules and regulations governing the LEA billing program. At Client’s request Paradigm will also make available its proprietary “provider forms” for use in documenting the delivery of healthcare services (available in paper and electronic versions).
Training and Materials a. Member companies shall provide adequate training to enable independent salespeople to operate ethically. Such training should include the scope of permissible representations especially the parameters regarding product claims, inventory purchases and earnings representations in accordance with sections 2, 7 and 8 of this Code.
Training and Materials. Tegal agrees to provide training courses to Noah, which will include training for the operation, installation and maintenance of the Products. Noah shall attend such training prior to the installation of the first Systems Product sold by Noah within the Territory and will obtain additional training as recommended and offered by Tegal. Tegal, in its sole discretion, will provide Noah promotional literature, reprints of technical references, and other materials to facilitate Noah’s efforts in promoting the sale of and servicing the Products in the Territory. Tegal will furnish such materials without charge. In the event that Noah desires to modify the foregoing materials, or to develop its own such materials for use within the Territory regarding the Products, any such materials produced by Noah in relation to the Products (including, where necessary, any language translation thereof) shall first be submitted to Tegal for Tegal’s written approval. Noah shall not use such materials without Tegal’s prior written approval. Tegal will not unreasonably withhold or delay such approval.
Training and Materials. We encourage all of our business partners to provide training to their personnel as well.
Training and Materials. 1. The Contractor shall be responsible for advertising the program and presentations; scheduling and arranging the presentation locations; notifying the Department via e-mail or phone within 2 business days of scheduling any presentation; travel to and from the presentation locations; performing attendee recruitment activities, and collecting attendance records.
2. The Contractor will collaborate with law enforcement officials and experts in the field of prevention of child sexual abuse to deliver the most up to date and relevant information available.
3. The Contractor shall provide all materials and handouts to attendees at no additional cost to the Department.
4. The Contractor shall provide to the Department presentation attendance records and satisfaction surveys completed by the attendees within 15 business days of each presentation. The Contractor shall send such documents to Family Services Support Division, Office of Early Childhood, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.
5. The Department shall provide assistance to the Contractor as needed to ensure the successful delivery of the presentations.
Training and Materials. 1. Prior to the start of the school year, Administration shall provide:
a) a comprehensive orientation that includes education and enrollment details for all employee benefits.
b) comprehensive training on all District software, including but not limited to Aspen.
c) training on all District policies and procedures such as emergency evacuation and other safety protocols.
d) laptops/technology devices and other necessary operational items such as key fobs, etc.
2. For staff hired after the New Employee Orientation, the Administration shall provide all the same information and materials to new staff as soon as reasonably practicable.
