Trained Personnel. CSG will provide appropriate training for all new CSG employees on Software then in use by or on behalf of CSG. CSG will notify FDT promptly of any changes in authorized users of the Software to be operated by FDT.
Trained Personnel. All ROW work shall be conducted in accordance with good engineering practices, performed by experienced and properly trained personnel so as not to endanger any person or property or to unreasonably interfere in any manner with the rights-of-ways or legal rights of any property owner, including the City, or unnecessarily hinder or obstruct pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
Trained Personnel. The JAA’s team of personnel is comprised of experienced and trained mechanics, wrecker operators and technicians who exhibit strong leadership and dedication. JAA shall provide and outfit its personnel at all times with appropriate safety gear and equipment and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its personnel wear such safety gear and equipment while providing the said services.
Trained Personnel. The Borrower agrees that only trained personnel shall be allowed to operate the Equipment.
Trained Personnel. Customer will ensure that all of its personnel who use the Supported Products in the course of their employment are familiar with the Supported Product to the extent necessary for them to operate the Supported Product to the extent necessary for them to operate the Supported Product with reasonable competence. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer will cause all Customer Technical Personnel to complete such training and instruction as Pluribus may reasonably require from time to time. Upon the appointment of any new Customer Technical Personnel, Customer will take reasonable measures to expeditiously train the new individual to appropriate levels of technical competence.
Trained Personnel. .1 The Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to employ sufficient sales and other personnel to promote and sell the Products. The Distributor's sales personnel are expected to have and to maintain an adequate level of product and application knowledge in order to effectively promote, properly apply and sell the Products. The Company will provide training videos, marketing materials, and training sessions with its own personnel at Distributor’s facilities at the Company’s costs for Distributor’s sales and service personnel.
Trained Personnel. Reseller agrees to maintain trained sales representatives and sales and integration engineers in the number appropriate to the TPS Channel Partner level attained by Reseller.
