Filing Documents This Agreement shall be filed or recorded in such office or offices as the Trustee may determine to be necessary or desirable. A copy of this Agreement and all amendments thereof shall be maintained in the office of the Trustee and shall be available at all times during regular business hours for inspection by any Beneficiary or his duly authorized representative. The Trustee shall file or record any amendment of this Agreement in the same places where the original Agreement is filed or recorded. The Trustee shall file or record any instrument which relates to any change in the office of the Trustee in the same places where the original Agreement is filed or recorded.

Furnishing Documents The Indenture Trustee shall furnish to Noteholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, copies of the Pooling Agreement, the Trust Sale Agreement, the Administration Agreement, the Custodian Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Indenture and this Agreement.
Other Financing Documents In addition to the Financing Documents to be delivered by the Borrower, the Lender shall have received the Financing Documents duly executed and delivered by Persons other than the Borrower.
Closing Documents The Purchaser or its designee shall have received all of the following Closing Documents, in such forms as are agreed upon and acceptable to the Purchaser, the Underwriters, the Initial Purchasers and the Rating Agencies (collectively, the “Interested Parties”), and upon which the Interested Parties may rely:
Financing Documents The CAC Credit Facility Documents, the Wxxxx Fargo Warehouse Securitization Documents, the Fifth Third Securitization Documents, the BMO Warehouse Securitization Documents, the 2014-1 Securitization Documents, the 2013-2 Securitization Documents, the 2013-1 Securitization Documents, the 2012-2 Securitization Documents, the 2012-1 Securitization Documents and the 2011-1 Securitization Documents.

Underlying Documents Copies of all documents described in any Exhibit attached hereto (or a summary of any such contract, agreement or commitment, if oral) have been made available to the Company and are complete and correct and include all amendments, supplements or modifications thereto.
Borrowing Documents The Agent shall have received a fully completed Loan Request for such Loan and the other documents and information as required by §2.7, or a fully completed Letter of Credit Request required by §2.10, as applicable.
