Traffic Subject to Switched Access Compensation. Parties agree that traffic rated and recorded as Local Traffic, may originate or terminate in another MTA, and therefore is Non-Local Traffic and subject to Switched Access Compensation as defined below. Switched Access Compensation is applicable to all Non-Local Traffic delivered by ALLTEL Wireless to RLEC, to the extent that such traffic is not handed off to an IXC. The Parties agree that 1.5% of mobile-to-land traffic routed and recorded as Local Traffic is deemed to be Non-Local Traffic. ALLTEL Wireless shall compensate RLEC at RLEC's interstate Switched Access rates (transport charges for mileage between RLEC's end office and the RLEC meet point, plus RLEC's local switching element as prescribed in NECA's FCC Access Tariff No. 5) for all such Non-Local Traffic (“Switched Access Compensation”).
Traffic Subject to Switched Access Compensation. Parties agree that traffic recorded as Telecommunications Traffic, may originate or terminate in another MTA, and would be subject to Switched Access Compensation. Switched Access Compensation is applicable to all traffic not subject to Reciprocal Compensation exchanged between XXXX and CENTENNIAL, to the extent that such traffic is not handed off to an IXC. Since XXXX does not provide toll service, Centennial is the responsible party for all switched access and CENTENNIAL shall compensate XXXX at XXXX’x Switched Access rates for all such traffic, as outlined in XXXX’x Switched Access Tariff.
Traffic Subject to Switched Access Compensation. Parties agree that certain traffic rated and recorded as Subject Telecommunications Traffic, may originate or terminate in another MTA, and therefore is Non-Subject Telecommunications Traffic and subject to Switched Access Compensation. Switched Access Compensation is applicable to traffic delivered by SPRINT to DEERFIELD that originates in another MTA; to the extent that such traffic is not handed off to an IXC. SPRINT shall compensate DEERFIELD at DEERFIELD’s Switched Access rates set forth in DEERFIELD’s MECA MPSC Tariff 25 for all such traffic.
Traffic Subject to Switched Access Compensation. Parties agree that traffic recorded as Telecommunications Traffic that originates and terminates in different MTAs is subject to Switched Access Compensation. Switched Access Compensation is applicable to all interMTA traffic exchanged between XXXXX COUNTY and CINGULAR. CINGULAR shall compensate XXXXX COUNTY at XXXXX COUNTY’s Switched Access rates for all such traffic, as outlined in XXXXX COUNTY’s Switched Access Tariff.
Traffic Subject to Switched Access Compensation. Parties agree that traffic initially rated and recorded as Local Telecommunications Traffic may originate or terminate in another MTA and therefore be Non-Local Telecommunications Traffic subject to Switched Access Compensation. Switched access compensation is applicable to all Non-Local Telecommunications Traffic exchanged between RNK and CARRIER, as described in Section 4, and Attachment A, as applicable. CARRIER shall compensate RNK at RNK’s interstate Switched Access rates for all such Non-Local Telecommunications Traffic as reflected in RNK’s applicable tariff.

NECC shall compensate Great Plains at Great Plains' interstate Switched Access rates (transport charges for mileage between Great Plains' end office and the Great Plains meet point, plus Great Plains' local switching element as prescribed in Great Plains' FCC Access Tariff No. 3) for all such Non-Local Traffic (“Switched Access Compensation”).

Traffic Subject to Switched Access Compensation. Access charges apply to all InterMTA Traffic originated on VZW’s network and delivered to Carrier for termination to its customers as described in Section 4 and Attachment A, as applicable. VZW shall compensate Carrier at Carrier’s applicable access tariff rates for all VZW- originated InterMTA Traffic only to the extent that such VZW-originated InterMTA Traffic is not handed off to an Interexchange Carrier for delivery to Carrier.
Traffic Subject to Switched Access Compensation. Parties agree that certain traffic rated and recorded as Subject Telecommunications Traffic, may originate or terminate in another MTA, and therefore is Non-Subject Telecommunications Traffic and subject to Switched Access Compensation. Switched Access Compensation is applicable to traffic delivered by Nextel to Allendale that originates in another MTA; to the extent that such traffic is not handed off to an IXC. Nextel shall compensate Allendale at Allendale’s Switched Access rates set forth in Allendale’s MECA MPSC Tariff 25 for all such traffic.
Traffic Subject to Switched Access Compensation. Parties agree that traffic rated and recorded as Local Telecommunications Traffic, may originate or terminate in another MTA, and therefore Non-Local Telecommunications Traffic and subject to Switched Access Compensation. I 1/04/02 10 Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement between Sandhill & Cingular Switched Access Compensation is applicable to all Non-Local Telecommunications Traffic exchanged between Sandhill and Cingular, to the extent that such traffic is not handed off to an IXC. Cingular shall compensate Sandhill at Sandhill's interstate Switched Access rates for all such Non-Local Telecommunications Traffic.
