Traffic Signs. All persons parking in the parking areas and parking garage shall observe posted signs and markings regarding speed, stop signs, traffic lanes, reserved parking, no parking, parking stripes, etc.

Any advertisement signs or information signs not related to traffic control and management, if provided, shall not adversely divert drivers’ attention from the road conditions and road signage.

The Owner shall maintain all entrances and driveways on the Lands to the satisfaction of the Municipality and the County of Essex Road Department if applicable. Any driveway approaches which become redundant following the development of shall be closed and the area restored to the satisfaction of the Municipality.
Traffic Signs. The COH shall install all traffic signs IAW MUTCD standards as well as the SDDCTEA Pamphlet 55-15. All traffic signs shall meet retro-reflectivity standards; a minimum of Type III High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) sheeting is required. Overhead street name signs shall meet the specifications detailed in TE 02, and shall be mounted below the span wire/mast arm. All street name signs (roadside and overhead) shall incorporate a green background and white lettering with Highway Gothic font. All signs removed shall be turned in to DPW – Roads and Grounds for disposal or use in temporary situations.
