TRAFFIC SENSITIVE STREETS. Certain works ordered by the Engineer's Representative on the Roads in Torbay will have restricted working during times between 0.700 hrs and 19.00 hrs Monday to Fridays in compliance with the requirements of Traffic Sensitive Streets. Any restricted working will be identified on site instructions issued by the Engineer's Representative and will generally be of the following:- No works affecting traffic flows to be undertaken on Mondays to Fridays between:- 08.00 hrs and 09.30 hrs 16.30 hrs and 18.00 hrs The permission of the Engineer's Representative will not normally be granted for Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday working on sites where restricted working has been identified without additional restrictions being applied to these days.

  • Contractor Sensitive Information 17.1 The Authority must:

As part of its contract with HHSC Contractor may receive or create sensitive personal information, as section 521.002 of the Business and Commerce Code defines that phrase. These safeguards must include maintaining the sensitive personal information in a form that is unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized persons. Contractor may consult the “Guidance to Render Unsecured Protected Health Information Unusable, Unreadable, or Indecipherable to Unauthorized Individuals” issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to determine ways to meet this standard.

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • Human Trafficking Prohibition Pursuant to Section 2155.0061 of the Texas Government Code, PSP certifies that it is not ineligible to receive this agreement and acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if PSP’s certification in this matter is inaccurate. TFC may not award a contract, including a contract for which purchasing authority is delegated to a state agency, that includes proposed financial participation by a person who, during the five-year (5) period preceding the date of the award, has been convicted of any offense related to the direct support or promotion of human trafficking.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).

  • Traffic Signals Based upon the results of the Traffic Warrant Studies, the Engineer shall identify and prepare Traffic Signal Plans for all warranted traffic signals. The Engineer shall confirm the power source for all signals and coordinate with the appropriate utility agency. Traffic Signal Plans must be signed and sealed by a Texas Registered Professional Engineer. The Engineer shall develop all quantities, general notes, specifications and incorporate the appropriate agency standards required to complete construction. Traffic signal poles, fixtures, signs, and lighting must be designed per the Green Ribbon Report recommendations and standards. The Engineer shall provide the following information in the Traffic Signal Plans:
