Traffic Rights. (1) Each Contracting Party grants to the other Contracting Party the following rights in respect of its scheduled international air services:
Traffic Rights. (1) Each Contracting Party grants to the other Contracting Party the rights specified in this Agreement for the purpose of establishing and operating international air services by a designated airline or airlines over the routes specified in the appropriate section of the Annex. Such services and routes are hereinafter called "agreed services" and "specified routes" respectively.
Traffic Rights. No 5th freedom rights for any intermediate or beyond points for both parties unless agreed upon.
Traffic Rights. 1. Each Party shall grant to the other Party, except as otherwise specified in Annex I, the following rights for the conduct of international air transport by the air carriers of the other Party:
Traffic Rights. Passenger flights: No 5th freedom rights granted for all services Cargo flights: 3rd, 4th & 5th freedom rights granted with no restrictions to frequency, capacity or aircraft types excluding cabotage
Traffic Rights. No restrictions to 5th freedom rights for all intermediate and beyond points for both passenger and cargo services for both parties
Traffic Rights. Points in China, Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan cannot be served either as intermediate or beyond points 5th freedom rights permitted for all intermediate and beyond points specified in the route schedule for both passenger and cargo services
Traffic Rights. Notwithstanding paragraph 2 of Article 3, the following provisions shall apply:
Traffic Rights. 5th freedom traffic rights on the Bangkok-Kuala Lumpur route to Jordanian designated airlines on extra bilateral basis subject to a commercial agreement. Reciprocally, Malaysia is allowed to determine any points as its 5th freedom points.
Traffic Rights. 5th freedom rights granted for 3 intermediate and 3 beyond points mutually agreed upon by both Parties
