Traffic Regulation. City may regulate all traffic within and adjacent to the Premises, including the operation and parking of vehicles of Lessee and its invitees, employees, and patrons.

Traffic Regulation. All vehicular traffic on the roads and streets in the Development shall be subject to the provisions of the laws of the State of Tennessee and Grainger County, Tennessee concerning the operation of motor vehicles on public streets of similar character; provided that golf carts may be used on the Development’s roads. Under no circumstances may non-licensed vehicles, other than golf carts, utilize any roads or streets in the Development. Until such time as the roads and streets located on the JPE Property become public, the Association is hereby authorized to promulgate, administer and enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing vehicular and pedestrian traffic, including reasonable safety measures and speed limits. The Association shall be entitled to enforce the same by establishing such enforcement procedures as it deems appropriate, including levying fines for the violation thereof. Only persons licensed by the State of Tennessee or some other political subdivision of the United States shall have the privilege of operating vehicles on the roads in the Development.
Traffic Regulation. A. During the performance of the Work the Contractor shall erect and maintain necessary temporary fences, bridges, railings, lights, signals, barriers, or other safeguards as shall be appropriate under the circumstance in his/her judgment for the prevention of accidents; and he/she shall take other precautions as necessary for public safety including, but not limited to, traffic control. Traffic control shall be conducted in accordance with the latest edition of the Work Area Traffic Control (“WATCH”) handbook, published by BNi Books, and as directed and approved by the City Traffic and Transportation Administrator.
