Traffic Monitoring Sample Clauses

Traffic Monitoring. Title 23 CFR, Part 500 provides the regulatory guidance for the development and operation of a traffic monitoring system for highways including traffic counting, vehicle classification, and weigh-in-motion programs. The system is guided by the “AASHTO Guidelines for Traffic Data Programs,” augmented by the FHWA “Traffic Monitoring Guide” and the “Highway Performance Monitoring System Field Manual.”

Traffic Monitoring. For security purposes, Intrahealth Canada uses software programs that monitor traffic and identify unauthorized attempts to upload to or change information accessible from the Portal or otherwise cause damage. The Clinic has other safeguards in place to protect your personal information including policies, restricted access to personal information and security measures that apply to the Clinic's computer system.
Traffic Monitoring. Traffic must be continuously monitored by both parties. The congestion in the interconnection route must not exceed the value of 1%. The results of the traffic monitoring are regularly reported from one party to the other party. Both parties conduct weekly measurement against the offered traffic, congested traffic and rerouted traffic on each route at least during peak/busy hours and continuously monitor traffic between the two networks.
Traffic Monitoring. The results obtained in the demonstration produced some results that can be the starting point for an optimization and further research in the field, especially for the neural networks applications that increases the liability of the system. STMicroelectronics is designing new SoCs based on the technology employed in OPERA thanks also to the potentiality of application of these technologies in real life contexts. From the point of view of TESEO the solution of the Traffic Monitoring use case could be a real improvement because of the following advantages: • Power Consumption: the box used in test site 1 and 2 is consuming a concrete amount of energy less than the other products on the market • Infrastructure: the solution proposed in OPERA is smarter than the technology used today because of the less infrastructure used on the pole and the connectivity • Maintenance costs: thanks to the technology used the OPERA solution is suitable to concretely reduce the maintenance costs of the entire solution Xxxxxx brought its know-how to OPERA project, about development of image processing and video analysis for road management applications. Thanks to the specificity of OPERA, Xxxxxx could work on innovative and state-of-the-art hardware and architectures. On one side, regularly asked use cases like congestion and wrong way vehicle detection were developed using a “classical” image processing approach on a limited board, but having accelerated operations available; both partially close to some Neavia systems or concepts, and challenging since completely new. On the other side, the bicycle counting use case, leveraging on a shared and heterogeneous architecture in which the sensor on the field can directly embed AI on Edge, filtering specific events which can be pushed to a server for further CNN-based processing, without overloading it; proved the interest for both road management systems builders and road managers in integrating CNN in such systems, though still in beginning of development for now. This was challenging too as both the sensor and server are linked together and both use a CNN network as the detection layer in the application processes. CNN had not yet be used in Neavia till now but are of an evident interest for the future, and OPERA gave an insight of CNNs, on the conceptual perspective and the technical point of view. Each system was linked to the network, and so the Road Management Centre, through a new low-power connection mean enabling the deplo...
Traffic Monitoring. (a) Phase I of the development shall not be allowed to generate more than 1,977 inbound and 1,339 outbound p.m. peak-hour trips for the total of 3,316 p.m. peak-hour trips. Each preliminary plan/preliminary site plan and DRI annual report shall summarize the cumulative development quantities, including the counted number of p.m. peak-hour external inbound and outbound trips, pursuant to the following paragraph, for the already built portion of development and the calculated p.m. peak-hour external inbound and outbound trips to be generated by the proposed preliminary plan/preliminary site plan using the latest Institute of Transportation Engineers trip generation rates or rates as approved by Pasco County.
Traffic Monitoring. 6.1 Each Party shall monitor volumes of Voice Calls (i.e., MOUs) exchanged under this Agreement. Upon reasonable request, the Parties shall exchange such traffic volume data.
Traffic Monitoring. The Certificate Holder shall monitor traffic levels following construction of the Project for a period of three years. Monitoring shall start at the beginning of Commercial Operation. After that time, the Certificate Holder shall continue monitoring of tourist and operations traffic to the Project upon written request from the County. Monitoring results shall be reported to the County and to EFSEC no later than thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter. Should tourist- and operations-related traffic to and from the Project site exceed WSDOT warrants, as contained in Chapter 910 of the WSDOT Design Manual, the Certificate Holder shall construct right and/or left turn lanes on Vantage Highway. Said improvements shall be designed and constructed in accordance with WSDOT guidelines. Construction of new turn lanes may constitute a modification of this Agreement pursuant to EFSEC rules and procedures, and may require prior EFSEC approval.
