Traffic Management. 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Facility. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan.
Traffic Management. The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.
Traffic Management. The Company shall at its own expense, employ a police detail, if deemed necessary by the Town, to manage traffic at the site. In the event there is traffic queuing at the Facility which cannot be accommodated through existing parking and police detail, the Company shall provide a mitigation plan to the Town within 14 days, and for retail establishments provide off-site parking and shuttle service to the Facility to alleviate traffic issues.
Traffic Management. The Hirer shall not bring onto the premises any vehicle without prior consent and arrangements from Glasshouse Management. All vehicular movement on site must be managed in line with strict traffic management protocols and under escort of Glasshouse traffic management staff.
Traffic Management. The Parties agree that the train movement and traffic management on the Rail System will be undertaken by [***] division of the Zonal Railway and that the Concessionaire shall have no right to dispute the instructions and decisions of the said division.

Traffic Management. 11.1. The minimum, announced, maximum and normally available internet access speeds (or Data traffic transmission speeds) depend on the package chosen by the Customer as part of the Contract. However, actual internet access speed essentially depends on several factors, including the overall traffic generated on the mobile network, the device used by the Customer, or the territorial coverage of the network and therefore cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances. The level of quality of the service applicable to traffic transmission constitutes an obligation of best endeavours on the part of e-LUX Mobile, without prejudice to measures that e-LUX Mobile is authorised to take by virtue of Article 11.2 (ii) to (iv) below.
Traffic Management. 5.1 We may, without liability, implement traffic management measures to ensure that the minority of heavy use customers do not affect the Service for the majority of customers on the network. These measures include:
