Traffic Control Equipment. When applicable When the Contractor’s operations obtrude onto any part of the roadway, the Contractor is to adhere to the Department's publication "Traffic Control During Maintenance Operationlatest edition (revised 07/2002 included in attachments). When Traffic Control equipment and devices are provided by a Sub-contractor, payment shall be made as a direct cost and shall be included on the bid form under “Traffic Control Equipment.”

Traffic Control Equipment. When the Contractor’s operations obtrude onto any part of the roadway, the Contractor is to adhere to the requirements of the Department's publication "Traffic Control During Maintenance Operationlatest edition (revised 07/2002 included in attachments). The requirements of this publication generally include the furnishing and use of traffic control equipment such as; signs, cones, barrels and sometimes crash trucks.
Traffic Control Equipment. 1. The Estimated Total sum of money shown in the itemized proposal for this work will be used as a budget value to set aside project funds and will not be used for bid comparison. Payment will be made as described below.
Traffic Control Equipment. Company shall provide all traffic control signs and barricades identified in the Traffic Control Plan approved by the Commissioner, with such signs and barricades meeting any specifications established by the City through the approved Traffic Control Plan. By March 8, 2024, Company shall provide a copy of the executed contract between Company and the entity supplying the traffic control signs and barricades.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • Durable Medical Equipment Durable medical equipment is equipment which can withstand repeated use, is primarily and customarily used to serve a medical purpose, is useful only in the presence of an illness or injury and used in the Member’s home. Durable medical equipment includes: hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, glucose monitors, external insulin pumps, oxygen and oxygen equipment. GHC, in its sole discretion, will determine if equipment is made available on a rental or purchase basis.

  • Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

  • UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT Uniforms and equipment required by the Department to be worn/used by employees will be furnished by the Department.
