Traffic Citations. No driver shall be required to violate traffic laws or overloading regulations. XXXXX agrees to compensate any employee for lost time while in court defending against a traffic citation for a moving violation received by the employee while on duty for METRO for which they are found not guilty. METRO will pay all fines for speeding issued against an employee driving an METRO vehicle which results from a speedometer being defective or missing.
