Trading Shifts Sample Clauses

The trading-shifts clause defines the rules and procedures for changing or swapping scheduled work shifts between employees. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which employees may request a shift trade, such as requiring advance notice, managerial approval, or ensuring that the replacement employee is qualified for the shift. By establishing a clear process for shift changes, the clause helps maintain operational continuity while providing flexibility for employees to manage their schedules.
