TRADES APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM. If the Employer establishes a Trades Apprenticeship Program, it will be formed through the University of Washington Trades Apprenticeship Committee, which will be composed of up to six (6) Union representatives and up to six (6) Employer representatives. The Committee will design the Trades Apprenticeship Program and will establish a Trades Apprenticeship program only if the program design is agreed to by both parties. The Committee will conform to the standards of the Apprenticeship Rules, Chapter 296-05 WAC (Washington Administrative Code).
