Trademark Guidelines. Trademark Licensor will promptly provide Trademark Licensee with copies of applicable trademark use guidelines. Trademark Licensee will not remove or alter any trademark, trade name, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels appearing on or in any copies of the Trademark Licensor’s Products and associated documentation and materials.
