Trade Union Activity. The University will not discriminate against any employee because of union membership or union activity or for the exercise of rights provided for in this agreement.
Trade Union Activity. The employer agrees there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, or coercion, exercised or practiced, against any employee because of their connection with trade union organizations or activities.

There has not been during the last three (3) years, nor is there currently pending or, to the best of Sellers’ knowledge, threatened, any activity by employees of the Company or by any trade union relating to the representation of such employees by any trade union, nor has there been any strike, work stoppage or labor trouble involving the employees of the Company during said period.

To the knowledge of the Sellers there has not been, nor is there currently pending or Threatened, any activity by Newco’s Employees or by any trade union relating to the representation of such employees by any trade union, nor has there been any strike, work stoppage or labor troubles involving any Newco Employee. Trade Union Activity. During the last three years there have not been any strike, work stoppage or labor troubles involving those of Seller's employees who will become employees of the Company.

Except as set out in Section C "Trade Union Activities" of the Disclosure Letter, there has not been during the last five years, nor is there any dispute between the Company and a material number of employees of the Company or involving any trade union representing such employees and, so far as the Seller, Contab and the Company are aware, there are no present circumstances which are likely to give rise to any such dispute.
