Trade Time for Fitness. Employees may utilize sick leave to pay for approved health and fitness activities, to a maximum of $2,000.00 per year. Where applicable, this language shall be coordinated with Article 11B, Section 9, Paid Time Off, to ensure that no employee uses paid time off (PTO) hours and frozen sick leave hours totaling more than $2,000.00 per payroll year.
