Trade Settlement. The Subadviser will settle and instruct all portfolio securities trades to the Fund's custodial bank. The Subadviser shall be responsible for maintaining all confirmation statements and trade records with respect to the Fund and Subadviser shall provide such information to the Adviser upon request.
