Trade Secrets of Others/Obligations to Others. Service Provider represents that his or her other performance of all the terms of this Agreement does not and will not breach any agreement to keep in confidence proprietary information, knowledge or data acquired by him or her in confidence or in trust prior to his or her engagement by bluebird bio, and Service Provider agrees that he or she will not disclose to bluebird bio, or induce bluebird bio to use, any confidential or proprietary information or material belonging to any other person. Service Provider agrees that he or she will not enter into any agreement, either written or oral, in conflict with his or her obligations under this Agreement.
