Common use of Trade Secrets and Confidential Information/Company Property Clause in Contracts

Trade Secrets and Confidential Information/Company Property. Employee agrees not to reveal any confidential, proprietary or trade secret information of the Company or any of the Releasees. Employee’s signature below constitutes Employee’s certification that Employee has returned all documents and other items provided to Employee by the Company, developed or obtained by Employee in connection with Employee’s employment with the Company, or otherwise belonging to the Company.

Employee agrees that Employee will not to reveal any confidential, disclose the Company’s trade secrets and confidential and proprietary or trade secret information of the Company or any of the Releaseesinformation. Employee’s signature below constitutes Employee’s certification under penalty of perjury that Employee has returned (or will return as of the date Employee separates from service with the Company) all documents and other items provided to Employee by the Company, developed developed, or obtained by Employee in connection with Employee’s employment with the Company, or otherwise belonging to the Company.
