Trade School Attendance - Employees. Employees while in full time attendance at a Trade School shall continue receiving all benefits provided under Article 23:01 of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. Such Employee's Sick Leave, Vacation and Seniority accruals shall not be pro-rated as a result of full time attendance at the said Trade School.

  • Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee is an employee who is engaged to work less than an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and whose hours of work are reasonably predictable.
