Trade Practices. There is no agreement, arrangement or activity whether by commission or omission in which Seller has been or will be concerned which infringes or which has been or which is required to be authorized under the Trade Practices Act of 1974 of the Commonwealth of Australia or any other anti-trust legislation in relation to the Assets or the Intellectual Property Assets, including, without limitation, any Australian national, state or territorial law or regulation.
