Trade Allowances. The Material Contracts contain all provisions concerning customer and supplier discounts, allowances, volume rebates, preferential terms, customer credits or similar reductions in price or other trade terms that have a material effect on the Corporation.

Trade Allowances. No customers of the Corporation are entitled to or customarily receive discounts, allowances, volume rebates or similar reductions in price or other trade terms arising from any agreements or understandings (whether written or oral) with or concessions granted to any customer.
