Town Representative. The Town assigns the Town Administrator or his or her designee as the Town Representative for this Agreement. The Town Representative will monitor the Contractor’s progress and performance under this Agreement and shall be available to the Contractor to respond to questions, assist in understanding Town policies, procedures, and practices, and supervise the performance of any Town obligations under this Agreement.
Town Representative. The Town representative responsible for oversight of this Agreement and the Contractor’s performance of Services hereunder shall be the Town Manager or his or her designee (“Town Representative”). The Town Representative shall act as the Town’s primary point of contact with the Contractor.
Town Representative. The Firm may act only under the authority and approval of the Town Manager or his or her designee. For each task order a Town representative will be appointed to oversee the work performed by the Firm, to assist the Firm with needed information, and to review and audit invoices and approve payment. The Firm must communicate with the Town and deliver its requests for change orders, reports, invoices and other matters only through the assigned Town representative.
Town Representative. It is recognized that questions in the day-to-day conduct of this Agreement will arise. The TOWN designates the Town Manager, or his/her designee, as the person to whom all communications pertaining to the day-to-day conduct of this Agreement shall be addressed.
Town Representative. The Authorized Officers, individually and collectively, are each hereby designated as the Town’s representative to act on behalf of the Town in connection with the undertakings contemplated by the Instruments. The Authorized Officers and/or designee or designees are in all respects authorized on behalf of the Town to supply all information pertaining to the Town for use in the undertakings contemplated by the Instruments. The Authorized Officers or their respective designees are hereby authorized, empowered and directed, individually and collectively, to do any and all other acts and to execute any and all other documents, which they, in their discretion, deem necessary and appropriate to consummate the undertakings contemplated by the Instruments or as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement and carry out the intent and purposes of this Resolution and the on-going administration of the Instruments.
Town Representative. That person, or their designee, designated by the TOWN to administer and monitor the provisions of this AGREEMENT.
Town Representative. The Town’s project representative is JVA Incorporated, who shall make, within the scope of their authority, all necessary and proper decisions with reference to the project. All requests for contract interpretations, change orders, and other clarification or instructions shall be directed to the District representative.
Town Representative. The Town hereby appoints the Town Manager, or his or her designee, as the Town’s representative (the “Town Representative”) for purpose of notice, communication, and decision making pursuant to this Agreement, except for those Approvals that must be granted by the Town Council. Midtown shall have no obligation to verify the authority of the Town Representative. The Town reserves the right to modify or terminate such appointment and to appoint another Town Representative.
Town Representative. Except when approval or other action is required to be given or taken by the City Council of TOWN, the City Engineer of TOWN, or such person or persons as the City Engineer shall designate in writing from time to time, shall represent and act for TOWN with respect to this Agreement.
