Tower Site. Tower Site. The Company shall have become the Lessee under the Agreement of Lease, dated November 5, 1995 by and between Poca River Hunting, Fishing & Recreation Club, Inc. (the "Landlord") and John X. Xxxxxx (xxe "Tower Lease") and the Tower Lease shall have been amended substantially incorporating the changes as set forth in Schedule 5.9 hereto.
