Purchases off this Contract Upon execution of this Contract, agencies, as defined in section 287.012, Florida Statutes, may purchase products and services under this Contract. Any entity making a purchase off of this Contract acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contractor shall adhere to the terms included in any contract or purchase orders issued pursuant to this Contract.
Duration of this Agreement The Term of this Agreement shall be as specified in Schedule A hereto.

TERMINATING THIS AGREEMENT You can terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and by discontinuing the use of your Logon ID. We can also terminate this Agreement and revoke access to Online Banking at any time. Whether you terminate the Agreement or we terminate the Agreement, the termination will not affect your obligations under this Agreement, even if we allow any transaction to be completed with your Logon ID after this Agreement has been terminated.
Variations to this Agreement A23.1 This Agreement may be varied at any time by agreement between both of us and also on the occurrence of any of the following Variation Events:
Operation of this Agreement (a) This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties about its subject matter. Any previous understanding, agreement, representation or warranty relating to that subject matter is replaced by this Agreement and has no further effect.
Nature of this Agreement 3.1. This Agreement is a framework agreement within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Call-off Contracts are public contracts within the meaning of that regulation.
ENDING THIS AGREEMENT We may end this Agreement, close the Account or limit your right to access the Account at any time without telling you in advance. The Primary Cardholder may also end this Agreement by telling us. Even if this Agreement is cancelled, the Primary Cardholder is still responsible to pay all amounts owing on the Account. When the Agreement ends, benefits, services and coverages will automatically end, or we can cancel or change them at our discretion.
SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT 2.1. This Agreement, including Parts A through L, Tables One and Two and exhibits, specifies the rights and obligations of each Party with respect to the establishment, purchase, and sale of Local Interconnection, Collocation, resale of Telecommunications Services and Unbundled Network Elements. Certain terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings defined in PART A – DEFINITIONS, or as otherwise elsewhere defined throughout this Agreement. Other terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Act and in the FCC’s and the Commission’s rules, regulations and orders. PART B sets forth the general terms and conditions governing this Agreement. The remaining Parts set forth, among other things, descriptions of the services, pricing, technical and business requirements, and physical and network security requirements.
