Tow Trucks a. Contractor shall equip and maintain a minimum of six (6), Class A light duty, 11,000 to 25,500 GVWR manufacturer rated tow trucks with recovery and wheel lift capabilities. The main winch (es) shall be hydraulically driven and shall have a minimum manufacturer rating of four (4) tons at the bare drum, with a minimum of one hundred feet (100') of industry standard wire rope. Wheel lift units shall be rated at a minimum capacity of 4,000 lb. and a recovery boom capacity of eight (8) tons

Tow Trucks. A. The Towing Agency must own or possess at least four (4) operating tow trucks on a year-round basis, which trucks must be capable of performing all work under this Agreement.
Tow Trucks. Tow truck shall be Colorado licensed, including Public Utility Commission licenses, and be an insured Class A tow truck with a minimum gross vehicle rating of 10,000 pounds, dual wheel chassis and four (4) ton recovery equipment rating. Flatbed "roll back” service trucks may be used in-lieu-of boom type wrecker trucks. Flatbed trucks must be equivalent in capacity to specified boom type trucks (excluding vertical lift) to safely handle the scope of work.
Tow Trucks. A. An operator shall equip and maintain a minimum of two (2) tow trucks covered under this agreement in accordance with the provisions set forth in the California Vehicle Code, Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, the specifications contained in this Agreement, and consistent with industry standards and practices.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools 1. In determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of a good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification or a specific manufacturing or processing operation set out in Annex 2, accessories, spare parts or tools delivered with the good that form part of the good's standard accessories, spare parts or tools, shall be disregarded, provided that:

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

  • Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.

  • LIGHT BULBS It is agreed that all light fixtures and appliances have a working and proper wattage light bulb or globe. Tenant agrees to maintain working light bulbs for all exterior light fixtures during tenancy. Tenant further agrees to replace all expired light bulbs with the appropriate style, color, and wattage prior to vacating. Upon termination of this tenancy all missing or expired light bulbs will be replaced at Tenant’s expense.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).
