TOW TRUCK. As defined in Section 615 of the California Vehicle Code, a vehicle which includes slide back carriers and wheel lift vehicles. A “trailer for hire” shall not be approved for listing as a Class A tow truck.
TOW TRUCK. Employees assigned to operate a tow truck shall receive a two (2) percent (2%) differential above the employee's regular rate for all time involved in operating the tow truck.

  • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.

  • LIGHT BULBS It is agreed that all light fixtures and appliances have a working and proper wattage light bulb or globe. Tenant agrees to maintain working light bulbs for all exterior light fixtures during tenancy. Tenant further agrees to replace all expired light bulbs with the appropriate style, color, and wattage prior to vacating. Upon termination of this tenancy all missing or expired light bulbs will be replaced at Tenant’s expense.

  • Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools 1. In determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of a good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification or a specific manufacturing or processing operation set out in Annex 2, accessories, spare parts or tools delivered with the good that form part of the good's standard accessories, spare parts or tools, shall be disregarded, provided that:

  • Light Duty Where the injured employee's treating physician authorized by the County recommends light-duty assignment, it will be the responsibility of the appointing authority to arrange suitable light duty. Department of Human Resources may provide staff technical assistance to find a suitable light-duty assignment, one which accommodates the particular restrictions provided by the treating physician.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Private Aircraft Mileage When an employee is authorized by his/her department, reimbursement for the use of the employee’s privately owned aircraft on State business shall be made at the rate of 50 cents per statute mile. Pilot qualifications and insurance requirements will be maintained in accordance with DPA rule 599.628.1 and the State Office of Risk and Insurance Management.
