Tour Baggage. Effective from July 1, 2004, where the company is able to negotiate with tour operators for a premium for baggage handling, a premium of $2.25 for incoming baggage and $2.25 for outgoing baggage shall be paid to bell staff. Effective from July 1, 2005, where the company is able to negotiate with tour operators for a premium for baggage handling, a premium of $2.30 for incoming baggage and $2.30 for outgoing baggage shall be paid to bell staff.

Tour Baggage. Rate (for tours baggage handling): The Company will, at the time of negotiations with the Tour Organizers, negotiate a tour baggage handling price equivalent to a sum of: (2013) $3.20 in & $3.20 out. This article does not apply to transportation crews unless the baggage fee is part of the contract with the Company in which case the fee appearing in said contract shall apply. Furthermore, it shall not apply to contract(s) agreed to prior to the signing of the new Agreement. The parties agree that it will not be forced to refuse this business due to this article, but the Union will be given reasonable access to relevant documents which support the basis of the Company’s decision that such tours would have been lost if the above charges were imposed. It is understood that these rates exclude transportation crews unless the baggage fee is part of the contract. Furthermore, it shall not apply to contracts signed prior to the signing of the new Agreement.
Tour Baggage. A.. The Company policy with regard to the treatment of Tour Baggage shall continue for the life of this Agreement. The Employer will not lose business based upon the customer refusing to pay baggage charge.
