Total Revolving Credit Commitment. The sum of the Revolving Credit Commitments of the Revolving Credit Lenders, as in effect from time to time. As of April 27, 2018, the Total Revolving Credit Commitment is FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($450,000,000.00). The Total Revolving Credit Commitment may increase in accordance with §2.11.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. The sum of the Revolving Credit Commitments of the Revolving Credit Lenders, as in effect from time to time, which as of the Funding Date shall be equal to the aggregate principal amount of $145,000,000, as such amount may be decreased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof or increased thereafter pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in §15.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. The sum of the Commitments of the Lenders in respect of Revolving Credit Loans, as in effect from time to time.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. As of any date, the sum of the then-current Revolving Credit Commitments of the Lenders to provide Revolving Credit Loans. The Total Revolving Credit Commitment in effect on the Restatement Date is $100,000,000. Total Term Loan Commitment. As of any date, the sum of the then-current Term Loan Commitments of the Lenders to provide the Term Loan. The Total Term Loan Commitment in effect on the Restatement Date is $250,000,000.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. The sum of the Revolving Credit Commitments of the Revolving Credit Lenders as in effect from time to time, which as of the Closing Date shall be $2,000,000.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. As of any date, the sum of the then current Revolving Credit Commitments of the Banks. As of the Closing Date, the Total Revolving Credit Commitment is $1,500,000,000. Total Revolving Credit Exposure. As to any Revolving Credit Bank at any time, the sum of such Revolving Credit Bank’s unused Commitment and Revolving Credit Exposure at such time.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. The Dollar Equivalent of the sum of the Total U.S. Dollar Revolving Credit Commitment and Total Alternative Currency/Dollar Revolving Credit Commitment.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. The sum of the Revolving Credit Commitments of the Revolving Credit Lenders, as in effect from time to time.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. At any time of determination, the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments, as in effect from time to time.
Total Revolving Credit Commitment. The sum of the Revolving Credit Commitments of the Revolving Credit Lenders, which total an initial amount of FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS ($50,000,000.00) and as further subject to increase or reduction as provided herein.
