Total Initiation Fees Deducted. (c) The Employer agrees to record the annual Union dues for each employee on his T4 form.
Total Initiation Fees Deducted. 4.03 The Union shall provide the Company with thirty (30) days written notice of any increase or decrease in the amount of dues to be deducted from the bargaining unit employees.

Total Initiation Fees Deducted. All employees covered by this Agreement who are currently members of the Union must remain mem- bers and all new employees must join the Union upon completion of their probationary period. The employ- er shall deduct a Union initiation fee from the first pay of new employees following completion of their probationary period. The Secretary-Treasurer of the Union shall notify the Company of the amount. The Union agrees to defend and hold the Company completely harmless against all claims and demands should any person at any time contend or claim that the Company has acted wrongfully or illegally in making deductionsfor Union dues. The Company will not be responsible for the col- lection of any dues where, because of absence from work, the employee no earnings from which dues required may be deducted.
Total Initiation Fees Deducted. 4.03 The Union shall provide the Company’s Labour Relations Department with a minimum of ninety days (90) days written notice of any increase or decrease in the amount of dues to be deducted from the bargaining unit employees.

The Union and the Company agree that the information outlined in this provision is extremely sensitive and both Parties agree to exert best efforts to safeguard the data in order to ensure the information is not disclosed to any Party that is not signatory to this Collective Agreement.
Total Initiation Fees Deducted. 3.03 The Employer agrees to furnish the Union, each month, with an up-to-date list of names and addresses and social insurance numbers of all employees paying Union dues and of new employees hired in the classifications under this Agreement.
Total Initiation Fees Deducted. 4.02 The amount of weekly dues to be deducted from employees may be increased by special assessment, provided such assessments are levied in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Local 175.
