Common use of Total Fee Clause in Contracts

Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consulting Engineer/Architect a total fee in a minimum amount of five thousand and 00/100 dollars ($5,000.00) but not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars and 00/100 ($200,000.00) annually, including reimbursables, for the contract period. Each individual fee will be negotiated prior to commencing each Project and shall be based on the performance of the scope of services to be outlined in each request by the City.
